Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)

An EAP is a 24/7 counselling and advice telephone service that gives employees and the families access to a team of qualified and experienced professionals.

Whatever the issue, employees have access to confidential guidance in relation to medi-cal, domestic or legal issues. This service can include face-to-face counselling sessions for treatment such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
